• Place your cart curbside by 6:00 a.m. (or the night before) on Monday.
• All garbage must be in the cart. If there is, on rare occasion, extra garbage, please place bag on top or beside the cart. 
• Please leave 3 feet of space between the containers.  Cans need to face the road, handles toward the home (the lid hinge should be placed away from the road). Place your rollout within 4 feet of the road. 
• Do not place the rollout container next to your mailbox.
• Waste Management will not pick up boxes larger than 2' L x 3' W x 2'H in size.  Boxes must be broken down/flattened.

• Will be collected once a week
• Yard debris includes tree branches and shrubs cut to no longer than 5 feet lengths and 5 inches in diameter
• Yard debris includes grass clippings and other yard waste in clear plastic bags (open bags if not clear), no heavier than 50 pounds
  
• Only two bags will be collected at each pick up.

• Yard waste defined as vegetative matter resulting from landscaping and yard maintenance and beautification projects, such as leaves, grass cuttings, shrubbery and tree trimmings.

Curbside bulk items collection

• Advanced Disposal is not responsible for collecting bulk items or white goods/appliances. Please contact Huntersville Town Hall at (704) 875-6541 to make arrangements for white goods collection. Fees apply.
• Advanced Disposal is not responsible for collecting tires or construction debris (concrete, wood, carpet, etc.). These items can be taken to North Mecklenburg Landfill, 15300 Holbrooks Road in Huntersville, (704) 875-3367.
